The four-day border trade fair, jointly organized by Myanmar's commerce ministry and China's Lincang city government, will be held on Nov 21-24.
The fund was set up by the Multilateral Cooperation Center for Development Finance. The center is a multilateral coordination mechanism jointly launched by the Ministry of Finance, Asian Development Bank, Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and six other multilateral development institutions, including the World Bank Group and Inter-American Development Bank, in 2019.
The four new publications are chanted by three folk singers, said Tsering Phuntsog, director of ethnic studies center in the Tibetan Academy of Social Sciences.
The funding mainly came from the local government, and was supplemented by governments of assistance provinces in other parts of China as well as social funds, said Zhang Gengrong, director of the city's student aid center.
The fund is capable of selling up to 100 percent of the Alibaba's ADSs it holds. However, it won't sell more than half of the ADSs before getting an approval from stockholders of a plan it previously submitted.
The government has rolled out measures to build a sound business environment for the private sector, including less red tape, better services and lower fees and taxes. During the first three quarters of 2017, 4.51 million new businesses were registered, up 12.5 percent from a year ago.

The four textile factories from China are stirring interest among locals. Ousmane Kamara, a tailor in the downtown area of Yoff Mbenguene in Dakar, is excited at the prospect of having a textile factory set up in Senegal. His shop, which employs three young men, is sustained by a population that prefers locally tailored clothes, using African fabrics, over conventional secondhand clothes from North America and Europe. He believes his business will experience a boom once a textile and apparel factory is set up locally.
The game attracted more than 10,000 participants — one duck each — from China and abroad.
The government will also improve its role in the making of regulations and standards and oversight of product quality and safety, it said.
The foundation also will try to work with international pharmaceutical companies and drug authorities to promote domestic availability of effective drugs for rare diseases, which are not available in China but already in use overseas, it said.
